-1.) GENERAL TERMS> All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove. Eg: signature, and so on. (I will let you know if your commissioned artwork has any other signs that isn't my signature.)> I might record the drawing process and post it on my Tiktok, Youtube, and other social medias. I will remind you at the near end of our transaction to make sure you are alright with me doing it.> Prices are subject to change based on demand.> I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.2.) PAYMENT> Currency accepted is USD and will be paid through PayPal and no other payment mode of transaction of this moment.> Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch or line-art approval.> Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.3.) PROCESS AND DELIVERY> I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see point 7 further below for more info on refunds).> While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!> The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.> During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece. The work-in-progress shots will usually be as follows: Sketch, Line-art, Flat colors, Shading.> The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons.> If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know as soon as possible and when I am able.> Once I have the shading and finishing touches done, you will first receive a watermarked image of the product. We will then discuss your total and you will either pay the other half or the full allotted price given to you.> Once the discussion is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product. Depending on where you live, we can arrange to print your artwork. Just ask!4.) REVISIONS> You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.> A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.> If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.> If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge. So please provide a clear reference beforehand and let me know about any design notes/etc. that I should keep in mind.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, Bluewineglass (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:> Promote myself with it everywhere. (with explicit permission from the one who has commissioned me if, for a specific and valid reason, that they wish for me to not promote my self with it.)> Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)> Post it wherever I want. (with explicit permission from the one who has commissioned me if, for any specific and valid reason, that they wish for me to not promote my self with it, then I will not post it.)The buyer is allowed to:> Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.) with credits to the artist (me).> Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself for personal use only and not to sell!> Use the artwork to promote themselves. Please make sure to credit me as the artist!> Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:> Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.> Claiming the artwork as your own.> Removing my signature from the artwork.> Altering the artwork without my consent.I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).6.) CUSTOMER SATISFACTION> I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!> If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.> I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your commission anywhere, we can discuss this.7.) REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY> The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission and/or have finished the sketch and further in.> If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.> If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.> If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.> If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again. (said in a scary and threatening tone like a DND BBEG. However, this can also be discussed!)-FAILURE TO COMPLY TO ANY OF THE TERMS STATED ABOVE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BLACKLIST AND RESTRICTION FROM OBTAINING ANY OF MY DESIGNS/COMMISSIONS AS OF PLACING THE BLOCK AND BLACKLIST.

Custom Rules and Process> Any design themes are okay! however, I may not be able to do customs that require me to look at bright colors for a long time, I apologize.> I can design Human or Anthro characters of any gender. I am also able to design Feral characters, however, it does depend on what feral character it is.> Please provide clear and detailed visual references if you have a particular design in mind (ie: moodboards, clothing references, color pallets, etc.). You may be as vague as you like if you're not looking for a specific design, but I'd prefer that you have at least a small idea of what you'd like for your satisfaction.> design drafts will be sent to you with a small watermark, you may make as many changes as you like during this stage. Only MINOR CHANGES can be made after completion. Any (other) major change after completion or in the middle of creating the design may result in extra charge.> The prices presented may vary depending on how much detail and how many changes are made during the creation process of the custom. They will be within the stated ranges, unless major changes are made after compeltion as stated above.> Edits on my art or design(s) is/are not allowed without my permission.> Commercial usage of my design and art is strictly not allowed unless a commercial fee is paid. (refer to the commercial tab for rates).2.) Character Uses and T.O.S for Designs> Redesigns are okay as long as the character is recognizable and with my permission.> You may turn the design into a closed species character (you may link this tos if permission is needed for approval! You may also ask me just in case if you have any concerns or questions!).3.) Trading and Resells> If the design is obtained through USD or resell, please do not resell for more than the character's worth unless commissioned artwork is added.> If the design is obtained through trading with no monetary value added, you are strictly not allowed to resell it for real life currency. However, you may use the character's worth to trade other goods of the same value.> You may add value to the character when reselling if there is a commission add on paid by you.> You can add monetary value to the design if you add personal artwork. However, please be fair and not inflate your pricing for higher monetary value.> There is a trade/resell cooldown of 1 week.> Do not trade any designs to blacklisted accounts/people (a link will be added soon.)> you can put my design up for f2e raffles/Wtas/Dtas. If unsure, please don't be afraid to ask me.4.) Payment Plans for Adopts> Down payment of minimum of 25% of your offered amount must be paid before i can put the character on hold.> Duration of the payment plan is flexible and can be discussed. Extensions are okay but please contact me about it as soon as you can.> Cancellations are not allowed and I cannot issue refunds unless there is a very specific and emergency issue for you financially. But please, beforehand, make sure that you are able to pay fully within the time frame we've discussed.

Custom Style 1
Price: $70 - $120
Little to No extra details in the reference about the character and their outfit..
Custom Style 2
Price: $90 - $195
A moderate amount of detail is added in the reference about the character.Includes: small doodles and small details about the character. Commissioner may request specific small details to be included..
Custom Style 3
Price: $150 - 200+
The reference will include moderate to heavy details about the character design.This could include: small doodles (can be colored or not depending on what the commissioner wants.) and/or minis that model the front and back of the character, models of specific parts of the character that the commissioner wants to emphasise, etc. An extra non-chibi full body may include extra (maybe around 30 - 40!).You may give me ideas of how you'd like the reference to be made and provide examples if you'd like!.
